BRAC Bank is currently looking for an ambitious, intelligent, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic individual for the following position in its Risk Management Division:

Officer/Associate Manager - CIB

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monthly CIB batch contribution preparing and reporting to Bangladesh Bank within the stipulated time;
• Completing all the related works of CIB batch contribution;
• Monthly subject and contract data checking as per CIB manual;
• Contract data and subject data correction (Re-scheduling/early adjustment remarks update/ guarantor replacement/ SDC/ Ownership correction etc.) in CIB report;
• Corporate CIB reports’ correction (directorship structure update) with proper supporting documents; 
• Meet up various election queries from Bangladesh Bank;
• MCM rectification and related works;
• Ensure timely submission of Bangladesh Bank queries; 
• Guide stakeholders in compliance with Bangladesh Bank circulars and instructions;
• Download CIB report (Retail, SME & Corporate) from Bangladesh Bank CIB database;
• Maintain close contact with the IT team to resolve various system glitches;
• Maintain regular communication with CIB, Bangladesh Bank;
• Organize meetings with Bangladesh Bank and internal customers to resolve various CIB issues;
• Participate spontaneously in various digitalization projects of the bank.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• MBA/ Master’s Degree in a relevant field from a UGC-granted university or internationally accredited university;
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in CIB batch reporting, and overall 3 to 6 years of experience in banks or regulatory reporting units of a bank;
• Sound knowledge of CIB policy and CIB batch manual of Bangladesh Bank;
• Sound knowledge of loan classification and various circulars of BRPD and CIB of Bangladesh Bank;
• Expertise in dealing with officials of Bangladesh Bank;
• Good interpersonal communication skills;
• Proficiency in Bangla and English;
• Strong command over Microsoft Office Package;
• Self-propelled, proficient in customer-centricity, team player, and capable of meeting deadlines.
