Regional Credit Head, Small Credit

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage core lending risk at the assigned area through CRM functionalities following BRAC Bank and Bangladesh Bank guidelines, regulations, and PPGs;
  • Ensure standard Turn Around Time (TAT) of CRM Loan Processing;
  • Ensure strict supervision of day-to-day loan processing works;
  • Coach CRM and BRAC Bank peers with credit norms, guidelines, and practices;
  • Monitoring, counseling, and escalation (on disciplinary consideration) of team members’ CRM Functionalities continuously;
  • Keep effective communication with peer business teams and other stakeholders;
  • Conduct physical visits to business premises (2nd CRM Visit) for the special cases;
  • Complete 360⁰ Loan Assessment of big-ticket loan applications;
  • Loan approval as per DLA (arrange approvals from seniors/credit committee/CRC);
  • Monitor and evaluate own and team performances, and portfolio quality, and take corrective measures if required;
  • Submit regular reports to the Head of Small Credit on team activity;
  • Share practical experience, knowledge, and case study on developing/reviewing CRM process policies.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • MBA/ Master’s degree in a relevant field from a UGC-granted university or internationally accredited university;
  • At least 10 years of work experience in the relevant field;
  • Knowledge of local, regional and international commodity markets, industries, and their dynamics;
  • Proactive in problem-solving and stakeholder issue handling;
  • Strong leadership quality, interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence peers;
  • Expert in customer centricity, self-propelled.
