Associate Manager/ Manager, Corporate Support Unit

Employment Type: Full Time

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare MIS and dashboard on various performance indicators, i. e. portfolio growth, trade performance, profitability, overdue status, stock analysis, CIB analysis, checklist update, budget vs. achievement monitoring, limit utilization, documentation compliance status, regulatory reporting, projection, and other ad hoc requirements for the division to track progress in line with the set KPI;
  • Follow up with corporate relationship teams and other internal stakeholders to meet various queries and fulfillment of requirements;
  • Prepare corporate banking policies, product PPGs, process notes, checklist, etc. to ensure a process-driven work environment;
  • Keep close liaison with various departments of the bank to ensure necessary collaboration and support;
  • Monitor portfolio quality to identify potential risks and raise it to appropriate authority to take necessary actions; 
  • Collect relevant information from the business units, other departments, and market information to prepare required MIS and provide various insights on the market and client pool; 
  • The monitor compliance status of covenant and conditions, and raise flags that require management attention to make quick and effective decisions;
  • Prepare and circulate periodical MIS and reports as required by the Corporate Banking team.

 KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Masters / Bachelor’s degree in Business from a reputed UGC-approved university with a satisfactory academic track record;
  • 2-3 years’ experience in banking/finance with a focus on corporate relationship;
  • Advance skill in MS Office, i. e. Excel Dashboard and PowerPoint will get priority;
  • Proactive and strong analytical ability to assist decision-making;
  • Ability to work under pressure, i. e. meeting deadlines, managing priorities, and having multi-tasking ability; 
  • Strong communication skills both in English and Bangla;
  • Knowledge of banking operations, markets, and regulatory guidelines;
  • Self-propelled, proficient in customer-centricity, team player, and capable of meeting deadlines.
