BRAC Bank is currently looking for an ambitious, intelligent, goal-oriented, enthusiastic individual for the following position in its Technology Division:

Senior Manager, System Support and Service Operations

Employment Type: Full Time

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain and enhance IT governance framework, including implementation of industry standards and best practices such as ISO, ITIL, COBIT, etc.;
  • Ensure IT compliance by maintaining all regulatory, statutory, and legal obligations;
  • Design and implementation of processes (incident management, problem management, change management, capacity management, service level management, asset management, etc.) and ensure process adherence across all service owners;
  • Coordination of all kinds of IT audit processes, including compliance audits, information security audits, Bangladesh Bank IT audits, and external IT Audits;
  • Implementing ITSM standards like ISO 20000, ISO/IEC 27001, etc. and ITSM applications like HP Service Manager, Symphony Summit, ManageEngine, Service Now, BMC Remedy, SCSM, etc. in a large organization in Bangladesh;
  • Managing technology project implementations in an organized and effective manner by ensuring that all projects are delivered on time within scope and budget; coordination with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects;
  • Monitoring progress, tracking project performance, and managing reports and comprehensive project documentation (spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps); measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques; 
  • Managing Technology Service Desk, application, and systems support function; managing C level support with priorities;
  • Managing end-user computing portfolio concerning risk, cost control, governance, compliance, and performance objectives;
  • Supporting cross-functional activities for new applications UAT, roll out, and implementation;
  • Proactively manage budgets, vendors, working closely with the BBL procurement team, conducting PoCs, product and partner selection;
  • Proficient in customer centricity, team player, and keen to develop others.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in CSE/EEE/ETE/ECE from reputed universities with a satisfactory academic track record; a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in a relevant field will be an added advantage;
  • 8-10 years of professional experience in IT governance, IT systems support, end-user computing, and demand management;
  • A clear understanding of IT audit methodologies, IT governance and standardization process, and policies;
  • Hands-on implementation experience in ITSM applications, project and demand management framework, ISO 20K, and ISMS;
  • Sound knowledge of latest tools, technologies, and systems. In-depth understanding of enterprise-level software, hardware, infrastructure, and applications;
  • Enterprise level presentation along with documentation skills;
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
