BRAC Bank is currently looking for an ambitious, intelligent, goal-oriented, enthusiastic individual for the following position in its Marketing Division:

Manager, Brand & Marketing

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activity; thorough knowledge of digital advertising is a must;
• A high degree of finesse in end-to-end campaign execution; manage internal stakeholders, digital advertising, BTL, and multiple other key stakeholders with timely, consolidated inputs and effecting closure;
• Design and implement high-quality events;
• Coordinate with the in-house creative team and outsourced agencies to ensure on-time collateral delivery;
• Collaborate with stakeholders such as Retail, SME, Corporate, Digital Transformation etc. for daily work related requirements;
• Measure and report on campaign performance and assess KPIs and ROI;
• Oversee the design and production of creative collaterals - advertisements, promotional materials, and in-app campaigns;
• Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices, and tactics.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate from a reputed institution;
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant work experience;
• Good interpersonal communication skills; 
• Proficiency in Bangla and English;
• Strong command over Microsoft Office Package;
• Self-propelled, proficient in customer-centricity, team player, and capable of meeting deadlines.
