BRAC Bank is currently looking for an ambitious, intelligent, goal-oriented, enthusiastic individual for the following position in its Finance Division:

Officer – Payments & Asset Management, Finance Division

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Asset additions from AP to FA module on daily basis; 
• Yearly reconciliation of Branch wise Fixed Assets; 
• Cost adjustment and asset transfer as per requirement; 
• Ensuring insurance coverage, renewal of policies, and settlements of claims from time to time;
• Quarterly/half-yearly asset tagging for all premises of BBL; Calculation of lease accounting as per IFRS-16
• Hard copy bill receiving (vendor & staff); 
• Checking all relevant documents & approval at the time of bill receiving; 
• Distribute all the bills to team members for payment processing; 
• Payment execution against i-expense claim through ERP; 
• Maintaining the updated status of all bills.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• Masters / Bachelor’s degree in Business from a reputed UGC approved university with a satisfactory academic track record;
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in a relevant field;
• Must have good interpersonal/communication skills;
• Proficiency in English;
• Strong command over Microsoft Office Package (Advance Excel Training will be preferable);
• Knowledge of banking regulations and circulars;
• Self-propelled, proficient in customer-centricity, team player, and capable to meet deadlines.
