KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Asset additions from AP to FA module on daily basis;
- Yearly reconciliation of Branch wise Fixed Assets;
- Cost adjustment and asset transfer as per requirement;
- Ensuring insurance coverage, renewal of policies, and settlements of claims from time to time;
- Quarterly/half-yearly asset tagging for all premises of BBL; Calculation of lease accounting as per IFRS-16
- Hard copy bill receiving (vendor & staff);
- Checking all relevant documents & approval at the time of bill receiving;
- Distribute all the bills to team members for payment processing;
- Payment execution against i-expense claim through ERP;
- Maintaining the updated status of all bills.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- Masters / Bachelor’s degree in Business from a reputed UGC approved university with a satisfactory academic track record;
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in a relevant field;
- Must have good interpersonal/communication skills;
- Proficiency in English;
- Strong command over Microsoft Office Package (Advance Excel Training will be preferable);
- Knowledge of banking regulations and circulars;
- Self-propelled, proficient in customer-centricity, team player, and capable to meet deadlines.
