Manager, Core Banking

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing & guiding team members, ensuring 1st & 2nd level support to core banking, treasury & trade functionalities;
  • Configure & monitor core banking setup & administrations, develop customizations, new software, resolve technical & functional issues;
  • Do both integration & implementation of core banking new modules & other 3rd party systems hand shacking;
  • Work with concerned department to mitigate risks;
  • Day to day communication with vendors for support management & problem resolutions;
  • Provide end user training, do UAT, knowledge sharing among team members, maintain proper documentation, ensure system health.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 8 year experience of Core Banking support in reputed bank;
  • MBA/MS in Computer Science/Engineering with having BSc in Computer Science/Engineering with satisfactory academic track record from reputed university;
  • Development experiences on Oracle (SQL/PLSQL), Java, JSP, scripting, API customizations & integrations;
  • Vendor certification in following domains will be added preference: OCJP (Oracle Certified Java Professional), OCP (Oracle Certified Professional), Red Hat Linux, Alternate Delivery Channel, Bangladesh Bank training certifications, Scrum Master, DevOps, ITIL V4 etc.
  • Proactive, passionate and with a can do attitude;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill;
  • Honest and high personal integrity ;
  • Proficient in customer centricity, self-propelled, team player, and capability to meet deadlines.
