  • Formulate, implement and monitor policies and programs relating to the maintenance of the bank’s fixed assets and equipment, the procurement of goods and services, logistics support, and security issues to ensure smooth flow of operations all over the branches of the bank;
  • Control and monitor the management and distribution of store items all over the branches and head office of the bank;
  • Manage vendor portfolio, identify and source quality vendors with a track record of quality over quantity;
  • Develop, implement, and administer all aspects of the bank's Security and Safety Programs;
  • Administer security devices and settings at all the bank facilities; 
  • Identify, analyze, and control the existing and potential safety hazards, and provide security and safety training, support, and guidance to all bank personnel;
  • Ensure security arrangements for BRAC Bank events, AGM, EGM, and conferences;
  • Develop emergency procedures and incident responses, prioritize security initiatives, implement video surveillance and investigate security breaches;
  • Prepare annual budget and analyze budget variances and progress reports;
  • Oversee the daily operations of the department:
  • Ensure smooth Cash in Transit (CIT) services from ATM Services Center (ATMSC) to different ATM booths, Bangladesh Bank, and different branches;
  • Formulate, implement and monitor the activities related to fire safety, and act as the prime coordinator during any fire-related emergencies;
  • Develop and implement processes related to fire safety and conduct regular emergency evacuation drills in all premises of the bank.


  • Master in any discipline from a UGC-granted university; in the case of extensive experience, a bachelor’s degree shall be considered.
  • Minimum 10 years of work experience in managing security and safety of reputed organizations, preferably in the military;
  • Knowledge and skills to manage administrative, projects, logistics, security issues of an organization;
  • Communication and interpersonal skills to manage heterogeneous internal and external stakeholders (Law enforcement agencies and other government offices) to ensure seamless and effective service supports;
  • The capability of managing workloads;
  • Strong leadership skills to drive the performance of the team to achieve the objectives of the organization;
  • Self-propelled, proficient in customer-centricity, team player, and capability to meet deadlines.
