BRAC Bank is currently looking for an ambitious, intelligent, goal-oriented, enthusiastic individual for the following position in COO’s Office Division.

Manager, Project Management, Digital Banking

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Overall coordination and project management (manage activities, timeline, track progress, manage risks, escalate, and deliverables) for multiple priority projects of the company;
• Identify deliverables under the responsibility of the role. Plan and execute these deliverables by taking care of the cost, timeline, and milestones;
• Lead and manage high-impact projects from end to end that interface with multiple teams/stakeholders;
• Communicate strategies and objectives with relevant departments related to projects;
• Act as a point of contact of the project between different teams within the company;
• Develop and implement a strategy that can contribute to the success of the projects, plus willing to get on the ground to drive the success of the project;
• Follow systems to evaluate the success of the project and share the results or findings;
• Propose and implement risk mitigation plans;
• Responsible for proposing the migration strategy and plan of execution;
• Support in defining integration strategy & coordinates with required teams.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree from a UGC-approved or accredited university; 
• Minimum 7-10 years of working experience in the relevant field;
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills;
• Expert in customer-centricity, results-oriented and self-propelled;
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams;
• Capability to work under stress to meet deadlines;
• Project Management experience in a large enterprise will be considered an added advantage.
