Area Credit Manager, Underwriting Small Business

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Complete 360° loan analysis i. e. repayment capacity, loan purpose, financial parameters, seasonality, supplier-buyer relations, CIB report, industry-market trend, and policy compliance;
  • Visit customers and guarantors to identify creditworthiness and loan security;
  • Complete a comprehensive credit approval memo and arrange loan approval as per DLA;
  • Ensure standard turnaround time of CRM loan processing;
  • Update CRM MIS according to processing level; keep continuous communication with CRM MIS;
  • Communicate effectively with the SME (small) business team and other stakeholders;
  • Monitor repayments of the loan portfolio of linked SME Unit Office and Relationship Officers;
  • Monitor repayments of the loan portfolio that relates as Analyst & Approver.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate from a well-recognized institution, preferably in a relevant subject;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant field with in-depth; knowledge in credit assessment and risk mitigation;
  • Demonstrated ability to apply complex analysis to support real-time business decisions;
  • In-depth knowledge of policies and regulations issued by regulatory authorities from time to time;
  • Understanding of local business and contemporary economic situations;
  • Must exhibit strong presentation and interpersonal skills with demonstrated proficiency in communication;
  • Ability to lead a dynamic team independently;
  • Proficient in customer-centricity, results-oriented, and self-propelled;
  • Ability to work in a team and capability of meeting deadlines.
