BRAC Bank is currently looking for an ambitious, intelligent, goal-oriented, enthusiastic individual for the following position in its Retail Banking Division:

Associate Manager/ Manager, Developer Relationship

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Acquire new real estate development partners for the bank;
  • Manage relationships with developers to ensure constant referrals of home loans; 
  • Design and execute joint home loan campaigns with the developers to achieve set goals/targets by the management; 
  • Analyze data and prepare reports and presentations; 
  • Coordinate with internal departments, e. g. initiating training for front line staff and providing feedback to their queries;
  • Manage promotional collaterals in alliance with Marketing, Communication, and Customer Experience team;
  • Ensure proper branding and symmetry of information in all customer touchpoints;
  • Be well-informed about the bank’s home loan proposition as well as market practices; 
  • Ensure that both internal & external compliance requirements, as well as regulatory guidelines, are met. 

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree with a satisfactory academic track record;
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience; (experience in Sales/ Relationship Management roles will get priority)
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships and establish trust, respect, competence, and confidence among peers, candidates, and hiring divisions and departments;
  • Ability to work under stress and adapt to changes; 
  • Passion for exceeding stakeholders expectations at all times;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; self-starter;
  • Works well in a team environment and independently and adjusts to changing priorities;
  • Critical and strategic thinker, negotiator, and consensus builder;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Expert in customer-centricity.
