BRAC Bank is currently looking for an ambitious, intelligent, goal-oriented, enthusiastic individual for the following position in its Retail Banking Division

Associate Manager/ Manager, Card Portfolio, Products-Cards

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and propose different business initiatives to ensure the growth of the credit card business;
• Develop strategies to ensure net customer growth with an increase in new to bank customers and reduce attrition;
• Analyze credit cards portfolio to determine trends, spending patterns, risky segments, etc;
• Design and execute various campaigns to strengthen the cards portfolio;
• Manage external franchise partners for the maximum value creation;
• Manage all types of business communication with different stakeholders;
• Ensure Payment Network management;
• Ensure the availability of products and services; maintain regulatory requirements and manage the products properly;
• Develop and propose new products and improve the existing product attributes, business processes, and systems to increase efficiency;
• Ensure epitome in the existing business processes by smoothening them for higher efficiency and customer satisfaction regularly;
• Perform analysis of market information/research to develop product solutions to meet market needs;
• Manage card portfolio and business development initiatives.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• Masters / Bachelor’s degree in Business from a reputed university with a satisfactory academic track record;
• At least 5 years of work experience in a relevant field;
• Advanced level of expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; 
• Proactive, passionate, and a go better attitude;
• Honest and carries high personal integrity; 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; self-starter; works well in a team environment and independently
• Ability to adjust to changing priorities, critical and strategic thinker, negotiator, and consensus builder;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
• Expert in customer centricity
