BRAC Bank is currently looking for ambitious, intelligent, goal-oriented, enthusiastic individuals for the following position in it’s Internal Control & Compliance Division:

Associate Manager, Concurrent Audit

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Carry out the concurrent audit, pre-audit and spot/surprise audit on operational and financial activities of the bank;
• Submit audit reports to the Senior Management ;
• Check day to day transactions on sample a basis, report any unusual/suspicious transactions to proper authorities related to fraud and AML issues ;
• Surprise checking on various issues as required by management from time to time ;
• Any other job as required by the management ;

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• A minimum business graduate from a UGC approved or accredited university ;
• Preference will be given on professional certifications and qualifications like Chartered Accountancy/Financial Risk Management (FRM)/Certified Public Accountant (CPA)/ACCA/ CIMA/Institute of Internal Auditor Qualification/MBA from reputed University ;
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in financial services ;
• Adequate knowledge in the field of Treasury & Financial Institutions, Trade Operations, Payments & Transactions, Loan documentation, Anti - money laundering and Risk Management ;
• Proper knowledge of all types of banking products (deposit, funded and non-funded) ;
• Computer literacy (MS Office).
• Good interpersonal & communication skills ;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Proficient in customer centricity, self-propelled;
