Complaint Analyst, Call Centre

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for pre-screening of all complaints to identify the actionable.
  • Ability to identify corrective and preventative actions to facilitate complaint closure.
  • Respond to audit issues and questions generated internally and externally with regard to customer complaints
  • Perform tasks to obtain adequate information to ensure proper documentation and closure of each complaint.
  • Identify, generate and publish complaint reports to the management.
  • Coordinate with different stakeholders to arrange necessary training on new product and services.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Masters/Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from reputed universities with satisfactory academic track record.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Call Centre or Complaint Management.
  • Passionate about customer service.
  • Adequate knowledge on product, process and system.
  • Extrovert personality with good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skill.
  • Strong command over Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
