BRAC Bank is currently looking for ambitious, intelligent, goal-oriented, enthusiastic individuals for the following position in its SME Banking Division:

Officer/ Associate Manager - Recovery & SAM, Emerging Corporate, SME Banking

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure target achievement of collection/recovery from irregular, classified, written-off, and other delinquent customers through meticulous follow-up;
• Conducting regular visits and extensive monitoring the delinquent customers for timely recovery;
• Formulate effective strategies for recovery and settlement from assigned delinquent customers;
• Conducting collection of repayments by closely coordinating with relationship teams, litigation team, and relevant stakeholders;
• Initiate and implement exit plans by rescheduling, restructuring, and liquidating appropriate loans.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum graduate from a UGC approved or accredited university;
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in any industry;
• Sound knowledge on Bangladesh Bank circulars on rescheduling, classification, and write-off; 
• Computer literacy (MS Office);
• Good negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills;
• Ability to work in a team.
• Proficient in customer centricity, self-propelled
