Officer/Associate Manager, Core Banking

This position is mainly responsible for ensuring quality service to Core Banking/ Treasury/Agent Banking end users, product development, customizations, and project implementations.

  • Provide 1st and 2nd level support to users for Agent Banking, core banking, treasury, and trade functionalities.
  • Respond to every case on time, raised by users and resolve issues and provide a permanent solution to mitigate further risks;
  • Configure and monitor core banking setup and administrations, develop customizations, new software, resolve technical and functional issues, provide month/year-end support for data center, ensure timely delivery for ongoing projects, practice agile principles;
  • Perform both integration and implementation of core banking new modules and other 3rd party systems hand shacking;
  • Offer proper SQL tuning and parameterization to improve system performance;
  • Maintain day-to-day communication with vendors for support management and problem resolutions.


  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering from a reputed university with a competent academic track record;
  • Minimum 1 to 5 years of work experience in Core Banking support team for a reputed bank;
  • Knowledge of banking software;
  • Programming knowledge: C, C++, JAVA, DB knowledge Oracle;
  • Practice IT Process management;
  • Should have experience in Enterprise application support management;
  • Proficient in customer centricity, self-propelled, team player and capability to meet deadlines.
