Developer .Net / Java
Associate Manager/Manager, Remittance, Payment Clearing and VAS App/ Document and Loan Management Systems

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop, change and maintain in house application development mainly in .Net / Java & SQL Server/ Oracle Platform
Integrate with different Financial COTS product (Like: Core Banking, Card, IVR, Agent Banking, CRM, Internet Banking etc.), middleware and external System (Mobile Financial System, Payment ECO System, Exchange house, Client System etc.)
Integration related development with different Fintech Products.
Performing requirements analysis activities including eliciting and documenting user requirements, developing the system architecture, defining and documenting requirements for the sub-systems and interfaces, and identifying constraints and complex operational scenarios, if any
Design, build, assemble, and configure application or technical architecture components according to business requirements
Liaise with local and foreign business partners and vendors.
RND on latest technologies

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor of Science (BSc) or Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science (CS) from a reputed university.
5 to 8 years solid experience in application development. Experience in banking domain will get preference;
Development experience in financial domain (Remittance, Payment, Collection, Settlement, CRM, Bank Back office, MIS / Reporting) is preferable;
Vast knowledge on MVC , groovy and grails, Spring MVC , Angular JS , JQuery
Sound knowledge in software development lifecycle and methodology.
Experience in banking domain software development will add value.
Able to work under pressure, problem solving & team playing attitude.
Proactive, passionate and go getter attitude.
Extrovert personality with good communication and interpersonal skill.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead End to End Delivery Management for in-house development and vendor development.
Stakeholder management and ensure delivery from IT manage service partner;
Must have a solid experience in SDLC and software development track record;
Ensure on time, on budget delivery, remove road blocker;
Strong in leadership and interpersonal communication;
Proactive, positive mind set, challenge taker;
Internal & external stakeholder management, reporting, escalation, attention;
Act as an integral stakeholder and a key decision maker in E2E life cycle of delivery;
Establish, govern and execute proper delivery governance in development/project delivery with all stakeholders and reporting;
Lead resource forecasting, planning and IT demand management;
Lead & coordinate with business teams to ensure proper requirement analysis to achieve business goals;
Lead impact, scope analysis and planning for Banking IT requirement;
Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements;
Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor of Science (BSc) or Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science (CS) from a reputed university.
10 to 15 years solid experience in Project Management, Delivery Management & service delivery management. Experience in Financial industry is preferable;
Certification in Project Management / Delivery Management is highly recommended;
Experience in banking domain is highly required;
Strong in people leadership and business acumen;
Able to drive delivery and remove road blocker;
Proactive risk management and positive thinking;
Working experience in IT manage service environment is highly recommended;
Proven track record in manage complex and large software development program and project. Experience in handling Manage service Development will add value;
The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions;
Sound knowledge in software development lifecycle and methodology;
Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills;
Effective documentation skills, document clear understanding of the tasks/job at hand;
Proficient in customer centricity, team player and keen to develop others;
