Manager, Technology Project Management

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ownership of Technology projects implementations in an organized and effective manner by ensuring all projects are delivered on time within scope & budget and coordination with internal resources, third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Assist to define project scope and objectives by involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. 
  • Activity and resource planning, Organizing project team, delivery management, analyzing and managing project risk;
  • Monitoring progress, track project performance, and Managing reports & comprehensive project documentation (spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps). Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques;
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques;
  • Sound Knowledge of the latest tools, technologies, and systems. In-depth understanding of enterprise-level software, hardware, infrastructure, and applications;
  • Managing key stakeholders, ownership of IT issues, and escalation to mitigate or improve underline IT issues.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in CSE/ETE/ECE/EEE from reputed universities with a satisfactory academic track record. Master of Business Administration (MBA) in a relevant field will be an added advantage;
  • 6-8 years of professional experience in project management & working knowledge of systems;
  • Support/Infrastructure support function of large local companies/MNC;
  • Hard-working and Multitasking ability under pressure and excellent communication skill;
  • Must be familiar with ITSM Applications, project management framework, ITSM, and ISMS;
  • Hands-on experience in project management, coordination & reporting;
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills;
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certified will get preference.
