Manager, IT Governance, Standardization & Audit

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design and implement IT governance framework including implementation of industry standards best practices, such as ISO, ITIL, COBIT, etc. Ensure IT compliance by maintaining all regulatory, statutory, and legal obligations; 
  • Design and implementation of processes (Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Capacity Management, Service Level Management, Asset Management, etc.) and ensure process adherence across all Service owners;
  • Design the service reporting framework, ensure KPI’s are in place and service reports are produced, stored, and reviewed periodically;
  • Documenting the agreed levels of service (OLA) to be delivered and ensure customer’s current and future Service requirements are identified, understood, and updated in OLA;
  • Ensures that Service performance reviews are regularly performed, improvement initiatives identified in Service Reviews are recorded and progress reports are provided to customers;
  • Ownership and coordination of all kinds of it audit process including compliance audit, Information security audit, Bangladesh Bank IT audit, and external IT Audit;
  • Should have hands-on experience for implementing ITSM standards like ISO 20000, ISO/IEC 27001, etc. and ITSM Application like HP Service Manager, Symphony Summit, ManageEngine, Service Now, BMC Remedy, SCSM, etc. in a large organization in Bangladesh;
  • Should have knowledge of Bangladesh Bank ICT Policy, internal and external it audit procedure of large organization in Bangladesh;
  • Efficient budgeting for technology division;
  • Managing IT governance, standardization & audit team.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in CSE/ETE/ECE/EEE from reputed universities with a satisfactory academic track record. Master of Business Administration (MBA) in a relevant field will be an added advantage;
  • 7 to 9 years of experience in related areas (IT Governance, Standardization, IT Audit co-ordination, etc.;
  • Should have strong knowledge in ITIL, ITSM, and ISMS, etc.;
  • A clear understanding of IT audit methodologies, IT governance & standardization process and policies;
  • Excellent communication & presentation skill;
  • A collaborative approach is a must.
