Head of Business Transformation and Products under SME Banking Division

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead a team of product experts to conduct market, industry and segment research
  • Brainstorm innovative ideas for bringing new SME products to the market.
  • Develop financial and operational plans for products and process
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders for developing and roll out new products as well as manage the existing portfolio
  • Develop strategic plan along with Credit and Operations team to reduce TAT in the loan processing cycle
  • Build an effective relationship with customers to understand their requirement for developing products and services
  • Maintain relationship and acquire new business from strategic partners such as trade bodies, business association and communities.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and take control measures to ensure quality.
  • Develop and maintain non-financial services such as Advisory Service, Mentoring, SME Linkage, Training and Development for SME clients.
  • Engage in different digital banking projects and provide necessary assistance from the SME division

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum Graduate from a well-recognized institution;
  • Minimum 10 years of work experience in the relevant field;
  • Strong command over Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint;
  • Conceptual understanding of banking/financial software;
  • Strong leadership & motivational skill for people management and to support stakeholder;
  • Ability to lead a dynamic team independently;
  • Expert in customer-centricity; team player and keen to develop others
