Relationship Manager/Senior Relationship Manager, Employee Banking under Retail Banking Division

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- On-boarding institutions and clients working directly/indirectly for/under the government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh
- Regular liaison with govt. offices and unions and actively driving engagement activities with these offices
- Driving achievement of business targets e.g. number of accounts, deposit volume, number of credit cards, loan disbursements and salary disbursement of govt. employees
- Providing all banking services to govt. employees except through different banking channels
- Maintaining daily correspondence with the govt. officials e.g. informing about changes in product features, addressing their requests and queries, etc.
- Supporting Branches and other channels to onboard govt. officials/ institutions under EB
- Being prepared to travel to different government offices at both inter-district and intra-district level
- Liaising with critical external stakeholders such as strategic allies for the betterment of Employee Banking proposition
- Being well-informed about Employee Banking propositions of both BRAC Bank and its competitors
- Ensuring all compliance and regulatory guidelines are met
- Keep up to date with BRAC Bank’s credit policy and relevant circulars by Bangladesh Bank.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate from a well-recognized institution preferably in a relevant subject
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience is required
- Passion for exceeding stakeholders’ expectations and ensure customer delight
- Ability to work in a team, capability to meet deadlines and adaptive to changes
- Expert in customer-centricity, results-oriented and self-propelled
