KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Contribute to banks overall deposit status by creating a high-quality depository clientele base;
  • Formulate sales strategies for all deposit and asset-based products;
  • Plan, organize and monitor business development plans and programs of Premium Banking to meet targeted results;
  • Closely monitor the services delivered to the valued Premium Banking customers to build sustainable customer delight;
  • Ensuring accountability for achieving overall team results;
  • Meet budget and maximize the Bank’s earning opportunities;
  • Upsell, cross-sell, provide regular market information updates and trend analysis;
  • Monitor Premium Banking frontline team to actively participate in Digital Activation of their respective assigned customers;
  • Responsible for enhancing and maintaining operational integrity across the full suite of products and processes;
  • Maintaining a strong working relationship with own team and cross-functional team for smooth operations of his/her center.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate from a well-recognized institution preferably in a relevant subject;
  • Minimum 8 years of working experience in the relevant field, incumbents working in a supervisory role will get preference;
  • Ability to lead a dynamic team independently;
  • Expert in customer centricity, team player and keen to develop others.
