Transactional and Behavioral Analyst, Branch Governance

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Understanding Customer behavior using Data;
  • Assisting Branches understanding ‘Right Channel(s)’ for Customer;
  • Business Process re-engineering using both Digital & Physical Infrastructure;
  • Be the change agent for Digital Transformational initiatives;
  • Assisting technology-driven control mechanism to address Risk for Branch Network;
  • Maintaining Internal Communication Portal (SharePoint based);
  • Seeking opportunity for cost control and implement necessary measures;
  • Creating an excellent relationship with branch staffs & getting ideas/feedback for process/procedural changes;
  • Responding to regulatory queries;
  • Optimization of processes and procedures for efficiency;
  • Analyzing trends & prescribe resource allocation.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum Bachelors’ degree in Technology/Business Administration from a reputed university;
  • Candidate with practical knowledge of Data Analytics Tools & Data Representation experience will get a preference
  • ‘Power user’ of MS Excel & MS Access with Visual Basic Application (VBA) development experience. Knowledge of Power/SQL Query and reporting tools like MS-Reports will be highly suitable for the posts;
  • Strong aptitude in Numerical and Digitally enabled developments in the Financial/Fintech Industry;
  • Practical Communication skill;
  • Good interpersonal, communication & presentation skills;
  • Ability to work with a strict deadline.
