Officer, Inter Branch Cash Management

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan and coordinate cash withdrawal/deposit activities with Bangladesh Bank;
  • Coordinate cash support given to ATM under ADC Department;
  • Assist in deposition of excess fund of BBL branches to other Bank ass per Treasury & FI Ops. Department instructions;
  • Coordinate deposition of mutilated notes from all the branches to Bangladesh Bank;
  • Assist in foreign currency/TC disbursement and collection to and from branches;
  • Coordinate supply of small denomination notes to Aarong and BRAC Centre on monthly basis;
  • Attend Bangladesh Bank Notes Counting Halls as and when required;
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and manage any requirement professionally;
  • Ensure timely response and compliance of audit comments (both internal and external);
  • Properly maintain DCFCL records and timely escalation of OKRI and other required reports/MIS;
  • Provide cross-functional support to other section/unit of own department (as per Dept. Head approval) and other department/project (as per Division Head’s approval).

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from reputed universities with a satisfactory academic track record;
  • Sound knowledge on FI Ops, Retail and SME banking;
  • Negotiation skills;
  • Positive, energetic and adaptive to change.
