To support its continuous business growth, BRAC Bank is currently looking for ambitious, smart, goal-oriented, enthusiastic individuals for the following position in the Retail Banking Division.

Product Manager, Debit and Prepaid Cards: Retail Banking Division

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full Time Employment (Permanent Position)
Job Location: Dhaka

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Launching of new Debit/prepaid card for new customer segments as appropriate
  • Increase Debit card activation and usage
  • Maintain Debit/Prepaid card plastics
  • Maintain liaisons with Scheme partners (VISA, MasterCard, etc.) in regards to BIN management, Offers, etc.
  • Maintain relationships with other external stakeholders like Waller Partners, Payment partners, etc.
  • Work actively with system developers regarding various functionality development
  • Design and execute campaigns as and when necessary to achieve set goals/targets by the management
  • Follow-up and publish campaign results to all stakeholders
  • Managing Card fees and other transactional features
  • Improvise Card onboarding and distribution process 
  • Develop new processes for new projects and tasks as and when required. Identify and re-engineering existing processes for smoother operations.
  • Debit/Prepaid card portfolio management 
  • Address SQ issues/Complaints & resolve them accordingly
  • Initiated coordination meeting with front line staffs, ensure proper training and feedback to their queries
  • Manage promotional collaterals in alliance with Marketing, Communication & Customer Experience team
  • Handle disputes and Fraud related issues as per set guidelines
  • Timely response to all management quires and compliance deadlines
  • Proper vigilance of branding and information to all touch points

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT:

  • Graduation/ Post Graduation from reputed University 
  • 5 years of working experience preferably in a Bank 
  • Positive, energetic, and adaptive to changes;
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
