Relationship/Senior Relationship Officer: Retail Banking Division

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full Time Employment (Permanent Position)
Job Location: Dhaka

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Achieve new business in asset, liability and cards;
  • Ensure retention of business target;
  • Manage the PAR & NPL of own asset portfolio within the given target;
  • Analyze the credit-worthiness of the potential borrower;
  • Ensure quality services to the customers within the guideline;
  • Cross - selling of different products of BRAC Bank;
  • Assist other official tasks as guided by Management.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT:

  • Graduation/ Post Graduation from reputed public / private University or College with minimum Second Class/ division in all examinations;
  • Working experience of 2 years as a contractual or 1 year as a permanent employee in sales, preferably in banking/financial institutions;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Ability to work in a team;
  • Good command in computer literacy (MS Office) & Analytical ability;
  • Good communication skill (both written & verbal) and excellent interpersonal Skills.
