Relationship Officer - SME Banking

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full Time ( Permanent)
Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh


  • Ability to explore business opportunities;
  • Achieve individual monthly target of sales and collection;
  • Analyze credit-worthiness of the potential borrower;
  • Maintain relationship with the customers and other stakeholders;
  • Ensure high quality of services.


  • Bachelor’s degree from any discipline from any reputed public or private universities of Bangladesh or abroad preferably in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics or Accounting. Post-graduation will be an added advantage.


  • Preference would be given to candidates with experience of loan products to SME markets;
  • Must have experience in working financial services industry;
  • Ability to ride motorcycle is preferable with frequent mobility and relocation;
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
