KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage e-commerce, POS and QR Merchant Acquiring System, Switching Solutions, Merchant Integration;
  • Provide end-to-end solution to maintenance and support application;
  • Test updates provided by vendors, patch and deploy in production;
  • Investigate different issues, analyze root causes and provide solution;
  • Implement mandates provided by brands such as VISA, Master Card and JCB;
  • Work in different projects;
  • Manage and communicate with vendors;
  • Solve issues through working with all internal/external stakeholders;
  • Provide different types of data for business analysis;
  • SQL script-writing to fetch data from database as per requirement of business.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering/ EEE/ Telecommunication/ IT Graduation from reputed universities with satisfactory academic record;
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Alternate Delivery Channel field of E-Commerce/POS gateway/ATM Switching application support;
  • Clear concept of acquiring solution, card management system, switching solutions, transaction life cycle;
  • Knowledge of ISO message specification and PCIDSS;
  • VISA, MasterCard, payment brand reconciliation, dispute management and rules regulations;
  • In-depth knowledge on e-commerce/POS;
  • Knowledge on QR and NFC technology;
  • Experience in DB scripting in oracle;
  • Basic knowledge of programming in C#, PHP, Java;
  • Understanding of encryption technologies, Core Banking Software;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written);
  • Critical thinking, skeptic judgment and proactive decision-making
