Senior Manager - Alternate Delivery Channels, Technology

Job Location: Dhaka


  • Manage different systems of Alternate Delivery Channels and ensure availability of service;
  • Manage various projects of card management system, terminal and devices;
  • Analyze new business;
  • Implement mandates provided by brands such as VISA, MasterCard, JCB, NPSB, UPIetc;
  • Maintain strong working relationship with internal team and vendors;
  • Ensure availability of system in ADCs by performing necessary preventive and corrective measures to enhance customer services;
  • Evaluate and implement security, vulnerability assessment, compliance and audit requirements of Alternate Delivery Channels;
  • Plan and prioritizes production schedule of release to ensure on-time delivery;
  • Apply critical thinking and work with vendor to resolve system issues;
  • SQL script-writing for data analysis and identify the issue;
  • Vendor relationship and ensure AMC/SLA/billing related to ADC IT.


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering/ EEE/ Telecommunication from reputed universities with satisfactory academic record;
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in card management and ADC in a financial institution;
  • Clear concept about cards and electronic banking systems including debit and credit card management, ATM, CDM, POS, CRM, etc.;
  • Clear concept of payment domain including VISA/MC/JCB/NPSB operation;
  • Knowledge of ISO message specification for financial transactions, Hypercom message etc.;
  • Knowledge about Biometric, NFC and QR technology;
  • Knowledge about NDC and DDC Protocol and Recycler ATM;
  • Knowledge on HSM, NAC and Card Personalization Software and machine;
  • Basic Knowledge on Oracle Database Management System & Unix platform;
  • Willing to work on holidays and provide support 24/7 when required;
  • Knowledge about PCIDSS and Cyber Security;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written);
  • Critical thinking and proactive decision-making.
