               KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
               
                   
                     - Support  in development of media coverage with press release, executive interview and  feature placement
 
                     - Engagement  with media-men, greetings, rapport with newsroom and commercial/marketing  people
 
                     - Industry  and trend analysis of PR, advertisement and CSR for management strategy
 
                     - Execution  of press conference and media engagement events
 
                     - Draft  and ensure quality of communication content for the company's annual report,  sustainability report and all other reports that uphold the company's image
 
                     - Assist  the management with communication content in the form of talking points/  speeches to help them uphold the company's image among the stakeholders  wherever applicable
 
                     - Website  update follow up in both Bangla and English  
 
                   
                 
               ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT: 
               
                   
                     - Master’s/ MBA degree from any  reputed university with satisfactory academic track record
 
                     - Minimum 5-years of hands-on work  experience in relevant role
 
                     - Proactive and self-starter
 
                     - Strong interpersonal  communications, presentation and negotiation skills
 
                     - Expertise in media relations and  ability to handle crisis situation
 
                     - Flawless writing skills both in  Bangla and in English
 
                     - Willing to challenging task and  ability to maintain strict deadline
