To support its continuous business growth, BRAC Bank is currently looking for ambitious, smart, goal-oriented, enthusiastic individual for Communications Division.

Associate Manager, External Communication

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support in development of media coverage with press release, executive interview and feature placement
• Engagement with media-men, greetings, rapport with newsroom and commercial/marketing people
• Industry and trend analysis of PR, advertisement and CSR for management strategy
• Execution of press conference and media engagement events
• Draft and ensure quality of communication content for the company's annual report, sustainability report and all other reports that uphold the company's image
• Assist the management with communication content in the form of talking points/ speeches to help them uphold the company's image among the stakeholders wherever applicable
• Website update follow up in both Bangla and English 

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT:

• Master’s/ MBA degree from any reputed university with satisfactory academic track record
• Minimum 5-years of hands-on work experience in relevant role
• Proactive and self-starter
• Strong interpersonal communications, presentation and negotiation skills
• Expertise in media relations and ability to handle crisis situation
• Flawless writing skills both in Bangla and in English
• Willing to challenging task and ability to maintain strict deadline
