Unit Head, New Acquisition and Maintenance, Cards Operations

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the new acquisition team with all kinds of task delivery within SLA (Service Level Agreements);
  • Supervise of Merchant Payment Team to achieve the departmental as well as organizational goal;
  • Administer Credit Card Maintenance and Card personalization team so that they can ensure effective support;
  • Develop internal policy, planning, and strategic decisions and follow up the implement and review operational policies and procedures;
  • Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations;
  • Monitor and keep records for proper performance evaluation;
  • Communicate customer issues with team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints;
  • Manage project and drive business process reengineering initiatives.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline, preferably in Business Administration or Computer Science and Engineering, from reputed universities with satisfactory academic track record;
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a Bank or Financial Institution preferably in Cards Operations;
  • Clear concept about Cards and Electronic Banking systems including Debit and Credit Card System, POS, NAC, ATM, CDM etc;
  • Clear Concept of payment system VISA/MC/JCB/NPSB and Bangladesh Bank regulations;
  • Analytical, leadership and decision making skills;
  • Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale;
  • Work well with seniors, peers, and juniors to determine values and mission; plan for short and long-term goals;
  • Excellent Knowledge about Microsoft Office specially in Excel, Access and Visio;
  • Excellent interpersonal skill and strong communication skills (both oral and written).
