Associate Manager: Basel Implementation

  • Computation of the Credit Risk-Weighted Asset  (CRWA) of the Bank on a quarterly basis;
  • Preparing Stress Testing report as per Bangladesh Bank requirement on a quarterly basis;
  • Preparing Duration GAP analysis report as per Bangladesh Bank requirement on a quarterly basis;
  • Preparing the Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP) of the bank on a yearly basis;
  • Preparing Pillar III disclosure as per Basel III guideline on a yearly basis;
  • Preparing Board Memo for various regulatory submissions i.e. Stress Testing, ICAAP report;
  • Assisting supervisor for preparing Risk Appetite Statement (RAS);
  • Other relevant on demand functions based on bank’s requirement and supervisor’s need from time to time;
  • Coordinating supervisor during BB audit on ICAAP report.


  • BBA/MBA in Accounting/Finance/Bank Management having good academic result throughout his/her academic career. Preference will be given to the ACA/ACMA/FRM;
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in any of reputed Banks or Financial Institution. However, experience in risk management/ Finance function in any reputed bank will be preferable;
  • Knowledge over regulatory compliance and Basel Implementation Framework will be given


  • Strong Command over Systems Evaluation, Analysis and Monitoring;         
  • Proficiency in MS Office - Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
  • Positive, energetic and adaptive to change;
  • Must have strong interpersonal communication skills;
