Position |

Manager, Technology; Ultra-Poor Graduation (UPG)
Job Purpose:
The Manager will oversee the programme’s technology initiatives by ensuring smooth operation of digital platforms, establishing standard project management practices, and coordinating efforts for successful implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technology initiatives, and guide the process of identifying and analysing software requirements based on the programme’s needs.
- Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT), pilot runs, and manage the design systems, development, and documentation processes for the software/ IT projects.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and relevant stakeholders to corporate user feedback in terms of project/product development.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing software and system architecture while planning the procurement of servers and hardware.
- Support timely monitoring of SLA, AMC, and vendor documents related to programme budgeting and planning, while driving IT capacity development initiatives.
Safeguarding Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
- Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
- Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.

Requirements |
|
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE)/ Information Technology (IT)/ Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) from any recognised university or institution.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in software development, database development, or business analysis.
Additional Responsibilities:
