Purpose:

Manager, Recruitment is responsible for effective implementation of all recruitment of HCMP and as well as departmental strategies to increase employee satisfaction. Manager, Recruitment also will respond to internal correspondence, take HR initiatives and help to determine distribution channels for HR information and HR compliance. She/he also may need to contribute to emergency/ onsite develop the recruitment Process, Organization Development, Compensation & Benefits, and other Strategic HR issues, if required. She/he will be managing a team of human resources professionals, as well as resolve conflicts within organizational teams.

Job Description:

  • Lead and manage the recruitment team consisting of a mix of experienced and junior recruiters
  • Support the organisation in understanding talent needs. Provide advice on the appropriate hiring strategy and approach
  • Advise the organisation’s hiring managers and leadership team on recruiting decisions, best practices, compensation, and future hiring planning
  • Ensure end to end strategy formulation, execution, and management of overall recruitment policy for emergency response context. Oversee consistent compliance with established safe recruitment, best practices and processes
  • Balance hiring needs and team capacity. Efficiently manage workload to ensure correct and timely hiring
  • Ensure fair recruitment by following the Diversity Inclusion and Equity model
  • Help and advice hiring managers on writing job descriptions, benchmarking, and candidate selection
  • Led in-house efforts to develop the capabilities of recruiters and hiring managers to network, source, assess, and hire talent
  • Oversee the work of the hiring team and manage their performance. Provide feedback on their performance and act as a mentor to the team. Recruit, train, and develop new members of the team as required
  • Oversee all the communication between the organisation’s hiring managers/recruiters and candidates
  • Provide the candidates with the best possible experience by taking end-to-end responsibility for the hiring process and subsequent onboarding
  • Organise and participate in networking events, social media campaigns, and career fairs
  • Oversee compliance with government and organisational recruiting policies and regulations related to diversity and inclusion

Safeguarding:

  • Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action. 
  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
  Requirements  

Educational Requirements: Minimum Post Graduation/ MBA in Human Resource Management, Business Studies. Candidates having PGD in HRM will get preference.

Experience Requirement: Minimum 5 year(s) of relevant working experience preferably in Recruitment, Selection and Talent Management. Candidates having experience in emergency context will be preferred.
