Senior Manager, Business Analyst, Technology Division

Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Communicate, translate, and simplify business requirements to ensure buy-in from all stakeholders
  • Discover, organize, and clarify business needs and review/produce Business requirement specifications as per scope of work
  • Work with the Technical Analyst and development team to ensure that they understand the specifications
  • Conduct business process modeling and generate applicable scenarios for the technology functionality testing team.
  • People skills, with the ability to engage diplomatically with stakeholders and communicate changes that may not be aligned with the original expectation
  • Knowledge of proper requirements specification and development, such as process/functional requirements definition methods, use case development, process flow diagrams
  • Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
  • Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities
  • Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
  Requirements  

Educational Requirements:

  • BSc/ MSc/ MBA from any recognised university with minimum all second class/ division or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in all academic examinations.

Experience Requirement:

Minimum 5 years’ of proven experience in the relevant field. 5 years of experience as Software QA Engineer/ BA Analyst is preferable.


Additional Requirements:

  • Proven working experience in software development
  • Proven working experience in software quality assurance
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
  • Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
  • Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
  • Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
  • Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
