  Position  

Senior Facilitator, Development and Delivery, Learning and Leadership Development

Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Delivery of modules to mid-level to senior managers of BRAC
  • Stakeholder management and communication to research and collect data for TNA, and ensure right content is developed and as per expectation
  • Work with content development team for designing content, presentations, games and activities, etc. to ensure excellent delivery to participants
  • Design activities and games for experiential learning based delivery for the modules
  • Design all learning materials, quiz, etc. for effective learning
  • Design assessment tools to measure level of skill / knowledge of participants
  • Stakeholder management and communication to ensure readiness of training / workshops (venue, transport, accommodation)
  • Ensure pre-training communication and distribution of any pre-learning materials with participants / supervisors / stakeholders
  • Ensure proper understanding and readiness of all content and learning materials from content development team
  • Ensure engaging and motivating delivery of content to participants at the time of facilitation (in any mode: 1. Workshops (classroom based training), 2. Live online class (through Google meet / Zoom), 3. Online self-learning modules)
  • Support all personnel at the time of facilitation to ensure highest participants experience
  • Conduct all assessments, evaluation and/or measurements with participants
  • Prepare and execute training calendar for the year
  • Design and implement complete “learning development journey” as per 70-20-10 principle – what will be in training, pre-training, post-training learning – and how we can measure effectiveness and usefulness
  • Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
  Requirements  

Educational Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline from any recognised university

Experience Requirement:

  • 7-8 years of experience in Human Resources including hands-on experience in Human Capital Development (HCD), Organizational Development (OD), Talent Management, Mentoring, Coaching, Counselling, and Training & Development (T&D)

Additional Requirements:

  • Post-graduation Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGHRM) will be an added advantage
  • Certification on coaching, counselling, mentoring
  • Excellent in communication and presentation Skill
  • Patient, emotionally intelligent and ability to manage diverse groups of participants
