  Position  

Content Developer, Development and Delivery, Learning and Leadership Development

Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder management and communication to research and collect data for TNA, and ensure right content is developed and as per expectation
  • Develop BRAC leadership competency based workshops for top potential talents 
  • Develop customised modules to develop potential employees to ready them for high end talents 
  • Develop any other special modules as and when necessary
  • Re-design and develop customised modules when external resources are engaged
  • Design, implement and participate in appropriate forums (seminars, workshops, discussions, symposium etc.) relate to leadership development both in and outside of BRAC.
  • Continuous research and learning for simple and effective content production
  • Design content for delivery in different modes: 1. Workshops (classroom based training), 2. Live online class (through Google meet / Zoom), 3. Online self-learning modules
  • Design scripts and animations to create videos for online self-learning modules
  • Manage and execute pre-production, production and post-production activities for online self-learning modules
  • Design activities and games for experiential learning based delivery
  • Design all learning materials, quiz, etc. for effective learning 
  • Design assessment tools to measure level of skill / knowledge of participants
  • Design tools for measuring impact, usefulness and effectiveness of learning: 1. Participants learning, 2. Supervisor measurement tool, 3. Stakeholder measurement tool
  • Design complete “learning development journey” as per 70-20-10 principle – what will be in training, pre-training, post-training learning – and how we can measure effectiveness and usefulness
  • Design and provide TOT to facilitators for effective execution
  • Manage with IT team for uploading online self-learning modules
  • Any other responsibilities as assigned by management
  • Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
  Requirements  

Educational Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline from any recognised university

Experience Requirement:

  • 3-5 years experience in designing and developing content for training modules
