Deputy Manager, Budget; Finance and Accounts

Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Analyse project proposals, prepare and review budgets for different projects of different programs and provide recommendation to finalise
  • Collect and analyse existing data for different departments of BRAC and prepare budgets
  • Collect, gather and analyse financial data for major enterprises and prepare long term financial projection for enterprises
  • Collect and analyse data for setting standard unit price for common equipment’s and materials
  • Assist and coordinate with BRAC IT Services (BITS) to develop budget management system software
  • Prepare budget manual

Educational Requirements:

  • MBA/ BBA from Finance/ Accounts or any relevant subject with minimum 2nd class/ division in all academic examination

Experience Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience at finance/ accounts/ budget/ audit

Additional Job Requirements:

  • Have basic knowledge on financial management, accounting, budgeting, finance, audit, tax and VAT
  • Have interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
  • Have strong writing capabilities both in English and Bengali
  • Have excellent adaptability on change management process Have excellent knowledge on MS Office
