Deputy Manager, Master Data Management and System Support; Finance and Accounts

Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Manage master-data elements of ERP directly or indirectly
  • Assisting stakeholders in respect to process and Policies related to creation, modification and deletion of Master-data
  • Manage master-data review process on a periodic basis
  • Assist to development of master-data related policy and process
  • Assist head of department to establish corporate governance frameworks, governing documents and tools
  • Assist to implement corporate governance primarily at BRAC finance and accounts
  • Facilitate stakeholders to adhere with corporate governance tools specially in relation with ERP
  • Assisting Head of Department in designing and implementing basic financial controls in BRAC Finance & Accounts

Educational Requirements:

  • MBA from Finance/ MIS or any relevant subject with minimum 2nd class/ division in all academic examination

Experience Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experiences in Telecom/Technology sector or Financial Institution

Additional Job Requirements:

  • Have basic knowledge on basic finance business processes and IT system
  • Have interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
  • Have strong writing capabilities both in English and Bengali
  • Have excellent adaptability on change management process
  • Have excellent knowledge on MS Office
