  Position  

Head of Business Development, Microfinance Programme

Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Understand, enhance or develop the entire business process and system that all the layers of staff in field operations team is maintaining to accomplish their deliverables and collaborate with rest of the central support units wherever necessary in this regards (ex: field supervision model, field incentive model etc.)
  • Manage and coordinate yearly activity grid of campaigns, pilots and other national level initiatives that need to be rolled out through field operations team and facilitate the quality of execution
  • Develop data analysis system of those data points generated by field operations team and facilitate the field to take better business decisions based on that data analysis. Also develop platforms that will make data easily available to all layers of field staffs.
  • As a senior management committee members, needs to contribute to the long term strategic decisions that are pertinent to the microfinance operations of BRAC
  • Actively engage relevant stakeholders in the sector (ex: regulators, other service providers etc.) and represent
  • BRAC Microfinance in high level discussions which are critical for the sector
  • Manage partnership with other BRAC Programmes or business entities who are interested to work with BRAC Mcirofinance on different interventions to better serve the communities that BRAC serves
  • As a senior leadership team member of BRAC, contribute to the bigger projects of the organization as and when required
  Requirements  

Educational Requirements:

  • Graduation from any background preferably from Business Administration. from any recognised university.

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 10-12 years of experience in any commercial organization, having a substantial blend of field operations role and central role

Additional Job Requirements:

  • Support leadership agenda at organizational level by contributing in providing
    mentoring, coaching, designing development plans, recruitment assessment
    of the talents and external projects.
  • Support in reviewing projects, strategy and AoP of different programs/enterprises.
  • Support other units of BRAC Microfianance by providing people development support,
    project review etc.
  Salary and benefits  

Salary Range: Negotiable
