Designation: Assistant/ Deputy General Manager (Sales, Branding, Marketing and Planning)

Responsibilities:

• Develop Proper sales planning in order to increase sales and collection of the Circulation department.
• Reaching the targets and goals by setting & Achieving Monthly sales targets for individual and team under him as a whole.
• Maintaining good relationship with existing client and adopting policy to hunt new one.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to manage the team and customers and ability to work under pressure. 
•  Regular monitor the sales, distribution, collection and delivery to customers regularly.
• Carry out day-to-day operation independently as per plan.
• Ability to handle complaints and quarries. 
• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly Sales and Collection plan and submit reporting.
• Direct visit to different corporate companies and others for developing business and creating new customers.
• Manage existing and potential customers by physical sales visits, face to face contact.
• You’ll be responsible for monitoring and analyzing market trends.
• Applicant should have pleasant personality, honesty, smartness and hardworking ability.
• Ability to take challenges to achieves sales targets.

Department: Business Development and Branding

Work Station: Dhaka, Corporate Office.

Salary Range: Negotiable.

Educational Qualification: Masters or MBA preferably in Marketing from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements: 5-6 Year(s)

Age: Minimum 32 year (s)
