Job Responsibilities
- Manage online customer queries.
- Attend incoming customer calls.
- Collect customer feedback by calling them.
- To ensure proper supply of product as per requirement.
- Ensure proper delivery of products.
- Prepare reports as per requirement.
- Other works assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements
- Post-graduation/ Graduation from a reputed University in any discipline
Experience Requirements: At least 1 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Age 22 to 30 years
- Both Male and Female are allowed to Apply
- Computer literacy - MS Word , excel, Internet , email,
- Must have fast typing skill both English & Bangla in computer and smart phone.
- Excellent communication skill.
