MANAGEMENT TRAINEE
The Bombay Sweets Management Trainee (MT) Programme has the power to transform you. It will provide you with the unique opportunity to gain extensive business and operational knowledge by working for a company that has been in business for over seven decades. This MT programme is designed to provide you with immense learning opportunities with structured training, on-the-job learning, job rotations, mentoring and professional guidance. The exposure, knowledge and skills you gain through the programme will form the foundation for your journey into becoming a future corporate leader.

ELIGIBILITY
We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from eligible candidates for the Management Trainee position. To be eligible, you need to:

  • be a young and energetic all-rounder who aspires to keep growing, has leadership qualities and has an ethical approach to work.
  • have a graduation / post graduation degree in any discipline from any reputed public or private university with a minimum CGPA of 3.00 on a scale of 4.00 or at least one 1st-class.
  • have a good command of both Bangla and English language and excellent communication skills.
  • be actively involved in various extracurricular activities and projects during studies.
  • be below 30 years of age.
BOMBAY SWEETS OFFERS
Selected candidates will receive a consolidated salary of BDT 35,000 during the 6-month probation period. Upon successful completion of probation, they will be confirmed as 'Senior Officer' and will be entitled to a monthly salary of BDT 50,000, in accordance with company policy.

Bombay Sweets reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason whatsoever at any stage of the recruitment process.

SELECTION PROCESS
Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted to appear in a written examination. Candidates qualifying in the exam will be required to undergo subsequent stages of the selection process which includes an assessment centre and interviews.
