Bangladesh Nari Progati Sangha (BNPS) an activist women-led organization in Bangladesh is looking for experienced female candidates for the following position for the project titled; Promoting Rights through Mobilization & Empowerment (PRiME). This is a core project of BNPS, new phase of the project started from July 2021 and to be end by June 2024.

Key Requirements:

• Masters in Social Science or relevant discipline from a reputed University
• 5 years’ professional work experience in women’s rights program implementation, Policy Advocacy and Lobbying.
• Gender sensitivity and right based value orientation
• Sound Communication and report writing skill in English & Bangla
•  Proficient knowledge in basic computer operation, email, virtual communication and social media
• Willing to travel to the remote areas of field and work in team.

Major Areas of Responsibility:

• Local, National, Regional, International level Advocacy and Lobby work of BNPS
• Carry out regular field visit
• Reporting of Program, Communication and Advocacy events
• Mobilizing available public resources
•  Support in communication and advocacy material development
• Keep regular communication with media and different stakeholders (Government officials, different Intuitions, Academicians, Media, different associations and Networks)
• Perform other official assignments by the management
