Bangladesh Nari Progati Sangha (BNPS) an activist women-led organization in Bangladesh is looking for experienced female candidates for the following position for the project titled; Promoting Rights through Mobilization & Empowerment (PRiME). This is a core project of BNPS, new phase of the project started from July 2021 and to be end by June 2024.
Position: Assistant Coordinator, program and Advocacy |
Monthly Consolidated Salary (inclusive of Festival Bonus): BDT: 48,000 – 52,000 (Gross) |
Key Requirements:
- Masters in Social Science or relevant discipline from a reputed University
- 5 years’ professional work experience in women’s rights program implementation, Policy Advocacy and Lobbying.
- Gender sensitivity and right based value orientation
- Sound Communication and report writing skill in English & Bangla
- Proficient knowledge in basic computer operation, email, virtual communication and social media
- Willing to travel to the remote areas of field and work in team.
Major Areas of Responsibility:
- Local, National, Regional, International level Advocacy and Lobby work of BNPS
- Carry out regular field visit
- Reporting of Program, Communication and Advocacy events
- Mobilizing available public resources
- Support in communication and advocacy material development
- Keep regular communication with media and different stakeholders (Government officials, different Intuitions, Academicians, Media, different associations and Networks)
- Perform other official assignments by the management
