Terms of Reference (TOR) Project Title: Decent Work Due Diligence Bangladesh (2025-2029) Issued By: Bangladesh Labour Foundation (BLF) Duration: 15th January 2026 to 15th February 2026 Location: Savar, Ashulia, Gazipur, Dhaka (Mirpur), Narayanganj, and Chattogram Bangladesh Labour Foundation (BLF), in partnership with Mondiaal FNV and WageIndicator Foundation, and with financial support from the European Union, invites applications from qualified individuals or organizations to conduct factory mapping of 370 factories in the Ready-Made Garments (RMG), Tannery, Leather Goods, and Footwear sectors in Bangladesh. The assignment aims to identify, verify, and map factories, including capturing GPS locations and key operational information, to develop a dynamic factory database. This database will support the implementation of the Decent Work Due Diligence Check (DWDDC), Workers' Priority Poll (WPP), and the development of Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) under the DWDDB Project. The mapping will also contribute to evidence-based advocacy on responsible business conduct, labour rights, and environmental sustainability.
