Executive / Sr. Executive (International Procurement)

Job Location: Head Office (Dhanmondi, Dhaka)

Educational Requirements: The applicants should have Graduate/Post graduate.
Pass in any subject will be accepted if you have the aptitude to work in foreign communication.

  Mandatory requirement:

  1. Must have more than 3 years of experience in purchasing products from international markets
  2. You must have the skills to verify product prices from international markets and collect lots of quotations.
  3. You have to do all the work that needs to be done to get a Proforma Invoice (PI).
  4. Must need to have good command in English in both writing & speaking.
  5. Communicate with existing suppliers and find new product sources.

Others Requirement:

  1. Knowledge about the H.S code & customs regulations.
  2. Excellent communication & Negotiations skilled is must.
  3. Candidate with a good IELTS score will get preference.
  4. Check all kinds of LC shipping documents.
  5. Contact with CNF agent and keep up-to date of all LC related information of vessel & customs.
  6. Analyze international & local market situations and inform to the management.
  7. Coordinate with management team and make the list for necessary products Import.
  8. Any Other Work assigns by the management.

Job nature:  Full Time.

Salary Range: 32,000 - 52,000
