Bangladesh Legal Aid and Services Trust (BLAST) are hereby inviting all bona fide traders/suppliers for participating in tender process with relation to supply of Tally Server- 9 for cloud system Software.

Eligibility of Tenderer |
ITT Sub-clause 12 and 13
12. Experience Criteria: Tenderers shall have the following minimum level of supply experience to qualify for supplying the Goods and related Services under the contract:
- services as specified in the TDS;
- specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply of Goods similar to the proposed goods in at least a number of contract(s) and, each with a minimum value, over the period, as specified in TDS; and
- a minimum supply of user license capacity of Goods as specified in the TDS.
13. Financial Criteria: Tenderers shall have the following minimum level of financial capacity to qualify for the supply of goods under the contract, availability of minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) from any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh, net of other contractual commitments, of the amount as specified in the TDS. |
