Post: Health Staff/ Field Staff (Total Post: 1)

Qualification & Experience:

• 18th months Diploma course in Paramedics from any recognized institution or Bachelor Degree from any recognized university.
  
• Any third division/class in academic career will lead to ineligibility.
  
• Ability to work in target oriented, in a team independently.

Experience: Minimum 1(one) year of experience in relevant field.

Brief on Job Responsibilities:

Planning:
Prepare monthly action plan for field visit. Participate in annual planning of the drug and logistics management. Plan and prepare quarterly indent for anti-TB drugs and logistics.

Implementation:

• Responsible for implementation of TB Control activities in assigned area in coordination with govt. and related stake holders.
  
• Support increased case notification and treatment of TB patients.
  
• Provide DOT in line with treatment category as determinate by the physician in line with National guidelines.
  
• Organize different awareness activities of TB control programme.
  
• Support referral of presumptive and complicated cases to designated facilities for further diagnosis and management.
  
• Ensure regular drugs and diagnostic supplies to Volunteers/DOT providers.
  
• Ensure appropriate storage of drugs and logistics to maintain optimum quality.
  
• Maintain regular coordination with related stakeholders.
  
• Actively participate in assigned meetings and trainings.
  
• Maintain different forms, cards, registers and related documents.
  
• Perform other related duties assigned by authority.

Job Location: BKMEA Health Care Center, BSCIC, Fatullah, Narayanganj (The post will be based at field level).

Duration of Contract: 1Year (Possibility of extension)

Gross Salary: Negotiable

Age: Not exceeding 35 Years
