Position: Medical Officer (Ophthalmology)

Job Location: BKMEA Health Care Center, BSCIC, Narayanganj.

Duration of Job Contract: Full-time (Initially Three Years)

Job Contest:

As a medical officer he/she will have to deal with a range of conditions, including OPD service, Patient Screening Program (PSP), refractive error correction, squints, eye injuries & infectious eye diseases and degenerative conditions resulting from ageing.

Job Descriptions:

• Ability to work with government, development partners and relevant stakeholders.
• Support higher management in policy and strategy development meetings.
• Supervise and provide support for administrative and financial management of the programme.
• Provide eye care treatment and conduct different investigation of eye diseases of RMG workers.
• Ensure quality of eye care services and provide training to technical stuffs.
• Visit field level Patient Screening Program (PSP) by rotation.
• Analyze & ensure monthly progress report for the management and develop action plan for further improvement of the programme.
• Perform other relevant duties assigned by BKMEA management.

Qualification & Experience:

• MBBS from any medical college or institute recognized by BMDC with one year of internship training and Registration from BMDC.
• At least 1-2 years experience in clinical management in ophthalmology or PGT in ophthalmology.

• Age not exceeding 40 year(s)
• Approximate joining date  August 16, 2018 ( if selected )
• Highly experienced candidate of relevant field  will get  preference
• If selected Candidate has to make a contract with BKMEA to continue the job minimum two years.

Salary Range: Negotiable (attractive remuneration will be given for skills & experience candidate)
