Job Position: Regional Sales Manager (RSM)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales Target by forecasting and developing annual/monthly sales plan for area wise projecting expected sales volume for existing and new products.
  • Ensuring of Searching & Appointing new DEPOs & Dealers for gap market.
  • Attending to the distribution point according to tour plan in time.
  • Confirmation the timely attendance of all AM & SPOs.
  • Confirm timely product delivery to distributor point.
  • Organize monthly meeting, give sales feedback, address different opportunities with improvement area and set individual's target.
  • Achieve organizational goal by achieving month to month given target through sincere efforts and leadership skills.
  • Motivating all AM & SPO for achieving target
  • Critically observe the competitor activities & report to the superior.
  • Monitor and Evaluate daily target and achievement.
  • Update daily sales and SMS to Sales Dept.
  • Confirm point wise Sales & Stock to server.
  • Monitor promotional program.
  • Give Solutions to any problem faced by field force.
  • Communicate factory to distribution.
  • Extend assistance to brand and event management work.
  • Achieve any other goal that set up by the Management.
  • Any other job as assigned by Management from time to time.

Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements: The candidate should be Masters in any discipline/ preferably MBA (Marketing)

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 to 10 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Food (Packaged)/Beverage

Additional Requirements:

  • Age 32 to 42 years
  • The applicants should have minimum 3 years experience in the same position
  • The applicants should have experience in any Agro based Food & Beverage Company
  • Must be sincere, dedicated, and target oriented & diligent
  • Organizational & time management skills
  • Must be pleasant & good team player
  • Must be able to work under pressure
  • The incumbent should be self -driven, hard working & willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh

Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh
